As Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Roland Financial Wealth Management, LLC, Leah Humphries helps guide the firm’s strategic vision, operations, marketing, and client experience. A native of Erie, Pennsylvania, Leah earned her degree in Art and Marketing from Mercyhurst University, where she developed the creative and business foundation that continues to shape the firm’s distinctive brand today.

Leah is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for both clients and the Roland Financial team. She has played a key role in developing the firm’s marketing strategy, strengthening its community presence, and helping guide its continued growth while maintaining the personal relationships that have defined the firm for decades.

Recognized for her leadership and entrepreneurial spirit, Leah was named one of Pennsylvania’s Best 50 Women in Business in 2009 and received the Legacy Award from Gannon University’s Small Business Development Center in 2011.

She also created Wealth in Heels™, Roland Financial’s educational initiative designed to address the unique financial planning needs and concerns of women through education, conversation, and confidence-building.

Outside the office, Leah is an accomplished mixed-media artist whose work has been exhibited in regional and national shows. She enjoys traveling with her husband, Roland, discovering antiques, and spending time in her art studio. At home, she and Roland are happily supervised by their beloved Ragdoll cat, Beatrice.
