She is the leader of the firm’s operations and brand management, and co-host of the Wise Money Retirement Podcast

Leah is a graduate of Mercyhurst University. She has been instrumental in creating Roland Financial’s Wealth in Heels™ platform, a woman-centric program focusing on the specific needs of women investors.

Leah resides in Erie with her husband, Roland, and their children. A local artist, Leah spends her leisure time creating, working in her garden and being with family.
